How do you set yourself up so you can ‘show up’ better for you, and your colleagues and clients?
If you are a high-achiever, your career is mostly likely a reflection of your passion, and you give it your all.
The downside: you struggle with work-life balance and often feel overwhelmed and exhausted from a never-ending to-do list, emails, WhatsApp messages and face-to-face video calls.
This leads to too many browser tabs open (literally and figuratively), bumping you out flow state a lot, leaving you feeling stressed, anxious and unfocused.
This six-week program is designed to give you more tools to not only help you improve your focus, but also learn new ways to boost your problem-solving skills, creative output and connections with others.
Achieve your goals and create meaningful connections with like-minded people
When you become more aware of what you focus on and how you react to situations that pop up, you take the lead. Thereby, becoming a self-leader or the captain of your career journey.
This program offers you an intimate, supportive (while equally challenging) container to show up as you are, bringing the frustrations, celebrations and everything in between to the table.
There will only be 6 places in each group, kept small so you get the optimal level of support. You will learn from like-minded people, grow as a group together, and get to share your experiences and challenges during and after the program.
This is for you if…
You are looking to make meaningful connections with like-minded people .
You’ve tried out meditation and mindfulness apps, but find they:
Don’t help much
You keep forgetting or postponing the practices
You can’t progress because there is nobody (on the app) to ask questions or share experiences with
You struggle with work-life balance and often feel overwhelmed and exhausted from a never-ending to-do list, emails, WhatsApp messages and face-to-face Zoom calls.
Your days seem to fly by and you're often working late at night because you're struggling to get your tasks completed during the day.
You get bumped out of your flow state a lot due to notifications and pings on Slack and your smartphone
Show up better for yourself and others
Humans are hardwired for connections. We all still need to be able to put a face to the people we are working with — and establish common ground with others outside of work tasks.
By incorporating practices mindfulness practices into your workday, you gain new tools to build up soft skills, such as emotional intelligence, along with:
Accountability — it’s easier to make mindfulness practices a habit when you see the benefits from showing up for yourself and others.
Community — many of us are working on dispersed teams and on our own. Group practice gives us a place to meet up and connect.
A Pause — mindfulness practices give us an anchor, a place to stop and think before reacting out of heightened emotional states.
