  • Are you working on a purpose-driven project or business and you are looking to build an engaging community around it?

  • Are you looking for a way to amplify your cause and to share it with a larger, more engaged audience?

  • Your project is already building a community around its mission but you are looking for increasing the engagement level and providing more participatory community experiences?

This program will help you make the best out of the benefits of building a strong and engaged community around your idea. With this program, you will gain expertise in the techniques and practices for a successful community building and community engagement, from planning to launching your community project and initiatives.

You are:

  • Ready to build a community around your mission, business, or project idea.

  • Leading change on your own and want to find an engaged tribe to support you on your journey.

  • Looking to amplify your mission and reaching out to more people to share your commitment with.

  • Looking for an engaged group of people that can join your work and support what you do.

  • Aiming to build trust with the people around your mission.

  • Willing to create a safe space where people with shared interests can meet, exchange perspectives, connect, and contribute to your project through participatory approaches.

  • Looking for more strategic technical solutions and facilitation approaches that foster community engagement and community experiences of higher quality.

  • Trying to find innovative approaches to interact and engage your existing community without investing too much time, money, and energy.

But this is blocking you:

  • You don’t know how to start gathering people and reaching out to them to expand your project idea.

  • You feel overwhelmed by the very concrete building steps.

  • You don’t have a clear vision for your community.

  • You don’t know much about the technical steps like choosing the right platform, creating community guidelines for an inclusive and diverse community experience, maintaining the space, and interacting with your community to foster engagement and active participation.

  • FEAR of exposing your idea and sharing it with a larger audience.

  • FEAR of wasting time, energy, and money.

  • You think you have to start with a perfect community project and you never feel really ready to start.

  • You don’t know how community engagement and facilitation really works and “participatory” or “emancipatory” approaches sound like important aspects but yet unfamiliar terms.

  • You don’t know how to create a safe space, and a well-moderated and structured community project.

  • You don’t have a plan on how to maintain and monetize your community project.

Engaged communities become MOVEMENTS and movements create the biggest impact.

Communities are space for collective growth, where dialogue, exchange, and collectivity are the most alive.

Being a changemaker can be freaking exciting and… terribly exhausting! I get it. This is why I believe that you (and your team!) should not be leading the change all alone.

Building a strong community around your project means to create a network that not only supports you in amplifying your mission, but also creates a trusted tribe that has your back, cheers your work and successes, and supports you to grow by co-creating innovation and solutions.

Group coaching to get you the support that you need

You will be joining a small, intimate group of motivated and like-minded people who are ready to bring their project to the next level by sharing their mission with a larger and more engaged audience.

This program will show you the value that engaging community experiences provide to change-making projects and businesses.

It doesn’t matter if you already have experience with community building and community engagement or you are new to the topic. This program will offer you a new perspective into the strategies and practices of community experience design and help you find what works best for your project.

You will be able to gain expertise in how to develop sustainable, long term engagement strategies and stress-free technical and organizational solutions.

You will craft your communication skills, facilitation methods, moderation solution, and inclusive approaches for ensuring a participatory and supportive community experience both for you and your community members.
